Attorney Novert A Morales received his bachelor’s degree from Southwest Texas State University, currently Texas State University, in San Marcos. He received his law degree from Texas Southern University in Houston. Mr. Morales has been in private practice since 1995. He has bar admissions with the State of Texas and as well as the Federal District Courts for the Western, Eastern, and Southern districts of Texas.

Mr. Morales is currently a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Midland County Bar Association, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. In addition, he was formerly the President of the Midland County Young Lawyer Association and was formerly a director for the Texas Young Lawyer Association of the State Bar of Texas. Currently, Mr. Morales is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas and is on the Bar Leadership Team with the American Bar Association- Young Lawyers Division.

Rick A Navarrete
Attorney Rick A Navarrete received his bachelor’s degree from Angelo State University in San Angelo. He then went on to receive his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. While enrolled at Texas Tech, Mr. Navarrete was a member of the Board of Barristers. This organization works within the School of Law to develop various skills that are necessary for lawyers. In addition, Mr. Navarrete was a member of Texas Tech’s 2000 National Mock Trial Team. This group of four represented Texas Tech in national competitions.

Currently Mr. Navarrete has been admitted to the State of Texas bar. He is currently a member of the Midland County Bar Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
